Night Swimming are a Bath/Bristol-based dream-pop/shoegaze five-piece — Meg Jones on lead vocals, Sam Allen and Jesse Roache on guitars, Josh Nottle on bass and Torin Moore on drums — who met as students at Bath Spa University. Their sound draws on Cocteau Twins and Beach House, with Jones's classically trained voice moving between ethereal falsetto and more direct delivery across influences she describes as spanning folk, trip-pop and dub. Warmer appears on their debut EP No Place to Land, released in September 2024, a month before the band played their first international show, in Paris. Jones has said simply, 'I really can't imagine not making music.'
